Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in infrastructure, DevOps, systems engineering, or automation roles; demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and governing enterprise‑scale automation platforms; strong hands‑on experience with Ansible and orchestration tooling and experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments (on‑premises and cloud).
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required training (including but not limited to store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler’s Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsibilities

• Supports the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise DevOps automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions across data center, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Serves as a technical authority for Ansible, including playbook design, role development, collections, and orchestration workflows.
• Responsible for the configuration and operational governance of Ansible Tower ensuring secure access, reliable execution, and standardized usage.
• Establishes reusable automation patterns for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Works with Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines, change workflows, and operational processes.
• Provides support for Active Directory (on‑prem and hybrid) and Microsoft 365 (O365) automation, operational hygiene, and platform stability.
• Ensures identity and productivity platforms meet enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Contributes to KPIs related to automation coverage, reliability, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.
• Drives operational excellence by identifying manual intervention and improving repeatability and auditability across infrastructure platforms.
• Evaluates new tools and technologies to improve automation maturity, standardization, and developer enablement.
• Produces and maintains documentation, standards, and reference architectures.
