Ascensus is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership for DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices across multiple agile teams. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, security, and infrastructure to design scalable, automated delivery platforms, championing DevOps culture and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical impact, with a focus on reliability, security, and cost efficiency while improving developer experience and platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineering leadership experience.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale DevOps architectures.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevSecOps experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide architectural direction for DevOps, CI/CD, and platform engineering across multiple teams.
• Lead automated CI/CD pipeline design and deployment workflows.
• Define infrastructure as code and security controls within pipelines.
• Drive containerization and cloud-native architecture using Kubernetes.
• Provide Level-3 production support and improve observability and reliability.
