Job summary

A Square Group (ASG) seeks a Senior DevOps Lead/Architect to own the DevOps platform across CI/CD, AWS EKS, and security tooling. You will define architecture, roadmaps, and runbooks, while collaborating with delivery teams and customers to ensure platform readiness and performance.

You will lead transitions from prior providers, enforce DevSecOps controls, and mentor engineers, balancing operational excellence with security and cost governance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information technology experience
• 7+ years of DevOps/platform engineering experience
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role
• Experience architecting and operating enterprise CI/CD platforms at scale

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DevOps platform architecture (CI/CD, AWS EKS, scanning, observability)
• Develop multi-year technical roadmaps and modernization plans
• Prototype and evaluate AI-enabled tooling and present options
• Lead transitions from prior provider with readiness criteria
• Define and enforce CI/CD standards, security gates, and pipelines
• Mentor DevOps engineers and provide technical direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other contractors
• Maintain platform docs, runbooks, and configuration records
