Job summary

Redo is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Draper, UT to design, build, and scale CI/CD and developer infrastructure. You’ll optimize pipelines, runners, and automation to boost engineering velocity and reliability.

You will partner with product engineers and platform teams to improve deployment workflows and observability, while integrating AI-enabled tooling for faster feedback and debugging.

Qualifications

• Strong background in full‑stack web applications, platform engineering, or developer infrastructure.
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems, GitLab CI/CD preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining infrastructure from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD infrastructure using GitLab CI/CD.
• Own and optimize GitLab pipelines, runners, MR workflows, caching, artifacts, and deployment automation.
• Improve developer speed and code quality through faster builds and reliable validation pipelines.
• Create reusable internal workflows, tools, scripts, templates, and libraries.
• Integrate AI tooling into infrastructure, CI/CD, debugging, and developer workflows.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting for pipeline health and release confidence.
• Develop automated validation for performance, load, reliability, and security.
• Partner with teams to embed scalable DevOps practices in the lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance on CI/CD architecture and automation.
