• Define intake criteria, escalation paths, and incident response plans for high-risk cases.
• Translate requirements into workflows, ownership, playbooks, and measurable standards.
• Create launch-readiness plans, training, and quality controls to support early-life operations.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve dependencies and maintain momentum.
