Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• MBA or professional accounting qualification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, enterprise deal execution, contract structuring, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting large, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities in structured sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead strategic and commercial workstreams across the opportunity lifecycle, from customer engagement through negotiation and contract execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, Solutions Engineering, Development, and Delivery teams to build robust business cases.
• Guide commercial structuring decisions including recurring vs non-recurring revenue, indexation, lease terms, and governance.
