Qualifications

• Review engineering plans, calculations, reports for land development, residential, and ROW projects.
• Respond to public and development inquiries; interpret standards, codes, and policies.
• Coordinate technical guidance to inspectors, maintenance staff, developers, engineers, architects, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review development proposals and establish conditions of approval.
• Provide engineering guidance during pre-application meetings and coordinate activities.
• Oversee construction inspections, performance bonds, and final approvals.
• Represent the City at public hearings and communicate information.
