• Ensures development review services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with broader planning policy objectives.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and accountability in a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as the technical authority for complex, high-profile development proposals and provide guidance on conditions and regulatory decisions.
• Identify policy gaps and lead updates to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Communicate complex planning and regulatory matters to diverse audiences including staff, applicants, stakeholders, and the public.
• Promote responsive, solution-oriented customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
