Job summary

You will coordinate with real estate, design engineering, entitlements, construction, and finance teams to deliver milestones on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, risk assessment, and vendor management across multiple stakeholders, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial retail development, specifically grocery.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages cross-functional retail and industrial builds from site selection to design completion.
• Collaborates with real estate, design engineering, entitlements, construction teams to secure resources and milestones.
• Communicates risks, decisions, and project status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversees vendor procurement and cost negotiations with developers, GCs, and design consultants.
• Ensures safety programs and standards across the project team.
• Interfacing with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
