Amazon is seeking a Sr. Development Manager for WWRGD Design and Construction in Chicago, IL.

You will evaluate projects after Real Estate review, develop critical path schedules and preliminary budgets, and drive entitlements, permitting, and site planning for retail and industrial builds including ground-up projects and remodels. Qualifications

7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience in commercial retail development, specifically grocery.
Pre-construction experience (entitlements, due diligence, design, permitting).

Responsibilities

Independently manages difficult cross-functional retail and/or industrial builds from site selection through design completion, permitting and contract execution.
Coordinate with real estate, design engineering, entitlements, construction, finance, launch/startup, architects, engineers, permitting agencies, developers and landlords to secure resources and drive delivery.
Manage vendor procurement and oversee professional service providers to meet project needs.
