Job summary
TestEquity LLC is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the Application Development team and contribute technically across web and software delivery. You will balance people leadership with hands-on coding and system design, aligning projects with technology strategy and business goals.
Responsibilities span architecture guidance, SDLC/Agile practices, code reviews, and delivery oversight, with close collaboration to Engineering leadership to drive high-quality software outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
- Experience leading software projects and development teams.
- Strong full-stack application development background.
- Experience with software architecture, SDLC methodologies, and Agile practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship for the Application Development team.
- Partner with the Director of Engineering to conduct performance reviews and career growth planning.
- Manage workload, priorities, and resource allocation for project delivery.
- Lead technical design discussions and promote software quality and performance.
- Coordinate development activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
