TestEquity is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the Application Development team in Eatontown, NJ. The role combines technical leadership with active contribution to software delivery across web and application development efforts.

You will provide day-to-day leadership, guide architectural decisions, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals while maintaining high quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience.
• Experience leading software projects and development teams.
• Strong full-stack application development background.
• Experience with software architecture, SDLC methodologies, and Agile practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and mentorship for the Application Development team.
• Lead technical design discussions and review software quality and performance.
• Actively participate in development projects as an individual contributor.
• Coordinate development activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering leadership to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Support production issues and drive continuous improvement.
