Agree Realty Corporation in Royal Oak, MI, seeks a Development Manager to lead pre-development, due diligence, and entitlements for a multi-project pipeline. You will coordinate with Legal, Due Diligence, Asset Management, and Construction to meet milestones and resolve open items.

You will review leases, site plans, zoning, and environmental studies, guiding risk mitigation and collaboration across internal and external teams in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial real estate development, transactions, or related project experience.
• Ability to interpret zoning regulations, municipal codes, and development documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multi-project pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-development, due diligence, and entitlement activities for a multi-project pipeline.
• Coordinate with legal, due diligence, asset management, and construction teams.
• Review leases, agreements, plans, surveys, and environmental studies; provide risk-mitigating recommendations.
• Direct consultants on design, budgets, schedules, and risk analyses.
