The role drives approvals, stakeholder negotiations, and cross-functional alignment across teams to move initiatives from development to construction readiness, with projects around $70 million in value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of project management experience with entitlements and due diligence.
• Expertise in zoning, approvals, and real estate terminology.
• Knowledge of wetlands and floodplain environmental issues.
• Strong presentations, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence to advance projects through construction readiness.
• Secure municipal entitlements including zoning and development approvals.
• Build relationships with officials, landowners, and legal counsel.
• Coordinate across legal, accounting, finance, construction, and property management teams.
