Job summary

DDG is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to supervise commercial, industrial, municipal civil design and permitting projects. You’ll ensure schedules and budgets align with client goals while mentoring staff and coordinating with team members.

Responsibilities include planning, design oversight, client communication, and adherence to DDG standards. Strong leadership and US-project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience with commercial/land development.
• Proficiency with civil land-based CAD drafting and AutoCAD software preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and design skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently producing site civil engineering and/or land development design plans.
• Produce drainage, grading, water, wastewater, signage and marking plans for projects.
• Prepare drainage and cut/fill calculations.
• Coordinate with project team to establish timelines and designs.
• Attend meetings with clients and consultants to understand project needs.
