Job summary

Tract is seeking a results-oriented energy development professional to join our Energy team in Denver. The Senior Manager, Projects Development will support the SVP of Energy Development across a growing portfolio of energy projects, driving day-to-day execution and improving speed, rigor, and consistency.

You will coordinate permitting, interconnection, fuels, stakeholder engagement, development planning, and financing alignment, building executive-ready materials and ensuring alignment across

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering, energy management, business, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in energy project development or related disciplines.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and external counterparties across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Knowledge of energy development lifecycle including permitting and interconnection.
• Ability to translate complex project data into executive materials.

Responsibilities

• Support advancement of multiple concurrent energy development projects from early-stage to milestones.
• Develop executive-ready summaries, risk registers, decision memos, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate external consultants, utilities, agencies, landowners, and other partners while aligning scope and financing.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting tools and standardized operating frameworks.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestone trackers, and portfolio status reports.
• Coordinate internal workstreams across Engineering, Land Strategy, Environmental, Legal, Finance, Tax, Construction, External Affairs, utilities, regulators, and others.
• Track critical path items and elevate issues for timely resolution.
