Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to closeout, ensuring cost, quality, schedule and objective alignment. You will guide cross-functional teams using standard practices and project controls.

The role requires a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, strong communication with stakeholders, and experience in contract administration. A PMP path is preferred, with growth into leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience.
• Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience.
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Experience managing projects.
• PMP Certification (within 18 months of starting position).
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access during duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials.
• Manage the detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) and report monthly.
• Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources.
• Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final deliverables.
• Provide communication to site management for assigned/proposed projects.
• Ensure Contract Administration on contracts and close-out.
