NC A&T State University is seeking an Associate Vice Chancellor for Development to lead central fundraising programs—annual giving, planned giving, corporate and foundation relations, and major gifts—while partnering with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement to drive a comprehensive fundraising campaign.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a mature development program.
• Experience leading and motivating teams and university-wide campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively with academic leaders, faculty, staff, donors, civic partners, and volunteers to achieve strong philanthropic results.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed.
