The Nature Conservancy seeks an Associate Director of Development (ADoD) for Corporate and Foundation Relations who will manage a portfolio of institutional donors and prospects, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts to support conservation priorities.

You will coordinate CFR team activities, work with leadership, and develop multi-year donor strategies including proposals, reports, site visits, and personalized engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related fundraising experience.
• Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with fundraising constituents.
• Experience in asking for and closing gifts of $25,000 or more.
• Experience in managing and tracking multiple prospects and donors.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience, coursework, or other training in fundraising principles and practices.

• Manage a portfolio of 60 – 120 donors with the capacity to give over $100,000.
• Responsible for 60 - 120 donor visits per year and 100 - 480 moves annually. Annual fundraising goal of $1,000,000 - $2,000,000, along with goals for $100,000 solicitations.
