Job summary

The ALS Association is seeking an Associate Director of Development to drive $620,000+ in annual revenue through ALS sponsored events and territory fundraising. You will coach teams, engage constituents, and build volunteer committees to meet program needs and expand partnerships.

Responsibilities include developing engagement strategies, managing budgets, and cultivating donors while collaborating with Marketing and Programs teams to advance the mission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fundraising and event production experience.
• Proven ability to meet revenue goals.
• Experience with donor management and fundraising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and fundraising within the defined portfolio and manage budgets.
• Coach Development Managers to meet fundraising goals.
• Cultivate donor relationships and steward mid-level and major gifts.
