Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in fundraising, event management, volunteer development, donor cultivation and relations, corporate sponsor cultivation.
• Strong data analysis and reporting to build outreach plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement plan to meet income portfolio goal of $535,000 with events and partnerships.
• Recruit, steward, and retain committee chairs and volunteers; build community partner relationships.
• Manage logistics, printing, and promotional materials for events.
• Collaborate with Event Experience team and volunteers; manage budgets.
• Engage patients and families in awareness and fundraising activities; support marketing objectives.
• Represent the organization at community events and maintain donor communications.
