Qualifications

• 5+ years of non-profit leadership or senior leadership with team management experience.
• Fluency with donor databases, preferably Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of racial justice and commitment to serving low-income communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategies to diversify revenue.
• Lead major gifts program and donor cultivation from individuals, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Oversee development operations, budgeting, reporting, and donor stewardship.
• Collaborate with Finance, Programs, and Events to align fundraising with organizational goals.
• Mentor staff, foster inclusive culture, and ensure compliance with policies.
