Qualifications

• 5+ years of fundraising, sales, or related experience.
• Ability to travel daily locally and some overnight trips.
• Basic knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of two Development Directors and align staff to objectives.
• Drive the Heart Walk campaign and achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit, engage, and activate high-level volunteer leadership and committees.
• Solicit and steward high-level corporate and individual donors; develop cultivation plans.
• Support planning and evaluation of campaigns and events per best practices and timelines.
• Collaborate across Division, Region and Association teams for alignment.
• Ensure operations stay within budget and policies and communicate with executives.
