In this role you will design requirements, lead cross-functional analysis, build business cases with ROI analysis, and drive improvements with IT, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize challenges.
