Job summary

You will lead cross-functional analysis, document requirements, and provide ROI analyses to justify initiatives, ensuring alignment with IT, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, consulting, or strategy roles, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Experience in business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
