Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a Manager of Development Accounting to lead the day‑to‑day accounting, reporting, and forecasting for development and capital projects. You will oversee analysts, review financial outputs, and resolve project‑level issues while upholding Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and internal controls.

You will partner with project management teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and timely financial settlements, supporting strategic decisions and budget alignment

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance or related equivalent.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of real estate development or construction industry.
• Basic understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley Act Section 404.
• Ability to prepare written training documentation.
• Timeshare knowledge and experience related to contracts and loans.
