Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review each deal to determine GAAP accounting and the underlying substance.
• Monitor and process fixed asset transactions and adjustments with minimal supervision.
• Track development project budgets and costs in the job cost system.
• Collaborate with project management to obtain estimates and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare quarterly financial updates for development projects as assigned.
• Review costs for proper accounting and timely payments; investigate variances.
