Qualifications

• Experience in digital services-based projects or SaaS with strong quality focus.
• Ability to prioritize across functions to drive strategic objectives.

• Prior leadership and team management experience preferred.
• Experience on web-based agency projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a developers team alongside the Digital Workplace Team Director.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative environment.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to track progress.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Plan and estimate project solutions to meet client needs and budgets.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Work in an Agile environment and optimize team performance.
• Prioritize technical tasks with project managers.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Present and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure client satisfaction through high-quality solutions.
• Design, architect, develop, and implement software solutions.
• Stay current with emerging tech and trends.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
