Tasks

• Leading the strategic development of Jokerstars’ online marketing initiatives.
• You and your team design and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEA, SEO, and Meta.
• You define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
• Optimizing SEO strategies and overseeing updates to the website to enhance performance. Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives.
• You create engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Utilizing analytics tools to monitor, adjust, and report on campaign and website performance.
• Driving the optimization of paid traffic to ensure maximum impact.
• Professional managing and inspiring a team of online marketing and performance marketing manager

Requirements

We are delighted if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or Business.
• Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Sistrix are a strong advantage and sometimes essential.
• You have 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with expertise in SEO, ad placements, conversion optimization, CRM/retention, and maximizing player lifetime value.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans is a must.
• You are well-versed in the iGaming industry, with a thorough understanding of market trends and changes that may influence business outcomes.
• Strong project management skills allow you to oversee complex initiatives effectively.
• You bring expertise in Backoffice PS, Maxcreate CMS, and advanced proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluency in German, combined with a systematic, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, ensures your ability to manage challenges efficiently.
• Your ability to motivate a team, combined with excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
