You will lead cross‑team initiatives, set architectural direction, and mentor engineers while maintaining reliability, observability, and fast recovery in production systems. This role requires strong leadership and system design skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production distributed systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Go or a comparable systems language.
• Track record of designing and shipping backend or platform systems.

Responsibilities

• Own core developer infrastructure platforms (CI/build systems and deployment orchestration).
• Identify high-leverage problems and drive concrete technical roadmaps.
• Improve metrics like build/CI wall time, deploy speed, and recovery time.
• Lead cross-cutting initiatives end to end and mentor engineers.
