OpenKrill is seeking a Senior Developer + AI Tech Support to handle the day shift for development, CRM bug fixes, and technical issue resolution across our assessment tools, websites, landing pages, apps, and CRMs.

You will build and manage workflows supporting two internal teams—the Funnel Manager and Investor Relations—while ensuring CRM stability, proper tag triggers, and secure, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical support, web development, or automation.
• Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, Calendly, Nylas, AirCall, or read.ai.
• Advanced English (native-like) required.
• Core stack: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React/Next.js, Node.js.
• Debugging, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Git workflows, automated testing, Linux commands, and MongoDB basics.

Responsabilités

• CRM bug fixes, development support, and maintenance of tools and forms.
• Build features and small fixes under technical direction.
• Manage MarTech integrations and ensure reliable tool operation.
• Provide clear written English, regular status updates, and smooth handoffs.
