Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development, platform engineering, or enterprise application development experience.

• Strong experience building APIs, integrations, and enterprise-scale applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation.

Summary: We are seeking a Senior Developer to design, build, support, and optimize enterprise applications and integrations that drive critical business operations. This role will serve as a technical leader responsible for application development, system integrations, cloud-native solutions, CI/CD automation, and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while promoting development best practices and mentoring team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Senior Developer will design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications and integrations

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Experience with Git and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems architecture
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, ELK, or Prometheus
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as C#, Java, Python, Go, Node.js, or Rust
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations or modern application modernization initiatives

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
