Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Work within an Agile Scrum environment — participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retros.
• Perform full‑stack development across both front‑end (JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, Spring MVC) and back‑end (Spring Data JPA, Hibernate) components.
• Implement enhancements, action requests, and configuration changes across UI and server‑side layers.
• Provide production support, including log monitoring, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and other developers to ensure quality and reliability.
• Use tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk for deployments, debugging, and continuous integration.
• Contribute to ongoing Spring framework upgrades and user‑facing enhancement projects.
• Document findings, fixes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
