Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Work within an Agile Scrum environment — participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, grooming, and retros.
- Perform full‑stack development across both front‑end (JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, Spring MVC) and back‑end (Spring Data JPA, Hibernate) components.
- Implement enhancements, action requests, and configuration changes across UI and server‑side layers.
- Provide production support, including log monitoring, troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, business stakeholders, and other developers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Use tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Splunk for deployments, debugging, and continuous integration.
- Contribute to ongoing Spring framework upgrades and user‑facing enhancement projects.
- Document findings, fixes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
