Job summary

Nscale is hiring Detection & Response Engineers to decide what we detect, command the response when something is real, and automate everything in between across enterprise, cloud, production, data centre, and OT environments.

You will work in a three-person regional rotation, with one week in three in the operational slot and the other weeks for engineering. You’ll identify gaps, build automation, and ensure readiness for the next incident.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in detection engineering, incident response, security operations, or related roles.
• Fluency in modern attacker tradecraft and telemetry.
• Experience building in public cloud environments like AWS and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Detect, respond, and automate across enterprise, cloud, data center, and OT environments.
• Lead incident command and post-incident analyses.
• Design, tune, and promote detections with AI agents and automation.
