SarelaTech is seeking a Desktop Systems Lead / Senior Desktop Systems Analyst to support a large DOD contract at Fort Belvoir, VA and Albuquerque, NM. The role drives deployment, imaging, and endpoint management across SCIF areas.

You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate OS imaging, printers, and peripherals, and work with network and cybersecurity teams to enforce IT security policies. A Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years or a Master's with 6–10 years is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6–10 years with a Master's degree.
• Experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident tracking and governance.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and train desktop system analysts.
• Experience with enterprise endpoint management and OS imaging.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate desktop installation projects and required equipment.
• Design, configure, and maintain enterprise endpoint systems and OS images.
• Lead by example and mentor junior desktop system analysts.
• Ensure SLAs and response times for desktop issues.
• Collaborate with network and cybersecurity teams to enforce IT security policies.
