Job summary

Abile Group, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator for a 10-year IC contract. The role is 100% onsite in Springfield, VA, requiring TS/SCI with CI Poly, a Bachelor's degree, and 5+ years of systems experience.

The ideal candidate will manage software/hardware configurations, perform complex troubleshooting, and support data center services across multiple networks. Knowledge of Windows 11/10, Citrix, SMS, SCCM, and VDI is valued, along with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or related IT fields.
• US Citizenship Required and ability to obtain TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• Security+ or CASP certification.
• ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Citrix, SCCM, SMS, and VDI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops technical solutions for managing software, hardware, configurations, and architecture.
• Provides interpretation of moderately complex systems matters.
• Troubleshoots complex hardware and software issues.
• Performs advanced software installations and OS upgrades.
• Monitors and tunes systems for optimal performance.
• Mentors less experienced staff on workstation/server data integrity and standard solutions.
• Leads data and media recoverability backups and archive operations.
• Assesses existing systems and plans long-term strategies.
• Configures and maintains networked computer systems and applications.
• Conducts audits to ensure compliance with standards and configurations.
