Job summary

Calista Brice LLC is seeking a Desktop Support Representative II to provide intermediate-level IT support onsite in Fairbanks, AK. You will troubleshoot desktop systems, manage user accounts, and support Exchange/Entra ID environments while contributing to IT documentation and project work.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, and Microsoft 365, and the ability to travel within Alaska as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate-level technical support for desktop systems, software, peripherals, and user accounts.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Manage and track service requests and incidents with timely resolutions.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Administer Active Directory and user accounts; manage email configurations.
• Support Exchange mailboxes and distribution groups; assist with Entra ID authentication tasks.
• Maintain IT assets and inventory records; support VoIP and Apple Business Manager administrations.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Travel within Alaska to provide on-site support as needed.
