Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant Windows desktop experience.
• Experience installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems in enterprise environments.
• Advanced expertise in desktop engineering and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize endpoint management platforms (Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Horizon).
• Lead desktop engineering initiatives including device deployments and OS upgrades.
• Serve as senior escalation point for desktop and endpoint issues.
• Manage endpoint security, patching, and software deployments across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Infra, Cybersecurity, Networking and business teams to implement solutions.
• Develop automation, standards and best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor endpoint performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor team members and influence strategic IT decisions.

Responsibilities

• Administer andoptimizeendpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Horizon

• Lead desktop engineering initiatives, including device deployments, operating system upgrades, software packaging, and endpoint modernization projects

• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex desktop, virtual desktop, and endpoint-related issues

• Manage endpoint security, patching, compliance, and software deployments across the enterprise

• Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking, and business teams to implement technology solutions that enhanceemployeeexperience

• Develop automation, standards, and best practices that improve efficiency, reliability, and supportability

• Monitor endpoint performance and proactivelyidentifyopportunities for continuous improvement

• Mentor team members, share technical knowledge, and contribute to strategic IT initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sDegree and4years indesktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies

• High SchoolEquivalencyand10years indesktop support installing, configuring, and managing Windows-based systems and related technologies

• Advanced technicalexpertisein desktop engineering,endpoint management, and enterprise Windows environments

• Extensive experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager

• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Group Policy, endpoint security, and enterprise desktop architecture

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation to improve operational efficiency

• Strong understanding of endpoint lifecycle management, software packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues using structured problem-solving methodologies

• Ability to mentor technical staff and influence technical decisions

• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as project and operational needs require
