Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to troubleshoot hardware, software, and account issues for end users. You will handle higher‑level escalations, mentor junior team members, and drive improvements in documentation and processes across the client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or four years of equivalent work experience.
• A+ Certification required.
• Preferred: Network+ Certification and experience as a Desktop Support Analyst I.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware, software, and account support to end users.
• Resolve complex endpoint issues and escalate when needed.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to documentation.
• Work with vendors and technicians; manage SLAs and ticketing systems.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and user manuals.
