Job summary

DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to support end users, resolve complex hardware and software issues, and maintain seamless endpoint operations within the Bothell, WA environment. You will handle higher-level escalations, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to documentation and process improvements, while working a first-shift schedule from 8am to 5pm PST.

This role emphasizes hands-on technical problem solving and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or four years of equivalent work experience.
• A+ Certification required.
• Network+ Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software support for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Triage and resolve incidents, track progress in ticketing systems, and meet SLA targets.
• Mentor junior Desktop Support Analysts and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Create, edit, and maintain documentation and user manuals for self-service.
