This exempt role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, project and contract management, vendor oversight, and ITIL-based operations; experience with Windows desktops, Active Directory, and service-management tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field required.
• Seven years in an IT Service Desk environment.
• Five years direct staff management experience in IT.
• Three years managing projects.
• Two years managing budgets.
• Experience with desktop hardware, Windows deployments, and upgrades.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Desktop Services staff and operations.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and CIP requests.
• Coordinate vendor management and contracts.
• Lead change control and service management processes.
• Mentor staff and promote professional growth.
• Maintain asset inventories and IT security controls.
