Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of desktop support, virtual desktops, application scripting, software packaging and/or distribution experience.
• Experience with enterprise Windows OS lifecycle management and deployment processes.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring capabilities across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Meets customer needs and coordinates with technical teams to deliver customer-oriented solutions.
• Leads Platform Engineering initiatives and drives proactive planning and process improvements.
• Develops and tracks metrics to monitor team performance and success.
• Collaborates with multiple sub-teams and information services departments.
• Introduces new technologies to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Mentors team members and communicates effectively across channels.
• Acts as project manager for complex operational projects within information services.
• Creates data and workflow diagrams for system review and optimization.
• Ensures data accuracy and operational standards; documents procedures and analyzes problems.
• Provides day-to-day guidance to the team and supports operations as needed.
• Creates internal policies and procedures aligned with IT best practices.
• Performs additional special projects as assigned.
