Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and evolve enterprise platforms across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Sales, Product Management, and Field Service. This role helps improve cross‑department efficiency by enhancing functionality, maintaining data and system integrity, supporting platform configuration, and driving integration work across business-critical systems.

Qualifications

5 to 15 years in related analyst or platform engineer roles.
Experience configuring and administering enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with CAD/modeling, ERP, CRM, CPQ, and data integration.
Ability to translate requirements into scalable system changes.
Experience with APIs, data flows, and cross‑platform dependencies.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system changes.
Configure and enhance platforms across CAD, ERP, CRM, CPQ, and workflows.
Troubleshoot bugs, data issues, and integration errors.
Maintain system documentation, support procedures, and process flows.
Support integrations, automation, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate testing, UAT, release planning, and deployment activities.
Promote tool adoption through training and knowledge transfer.
Ensure data consistency across quoting, engineering, operations, and reporting.
