Job summary

Inteletech Global, Inc is seeking a Desktop/Technical Support Analyst 3 in Richmond, VA to support the VVCC and remote Veterans Benefits sites. The role involves IT administration, software and hardware support, mobile device troubleshooting, and network basics, with a strong focus on end-user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will handle desktop/laptop setup, software installation, and email systems while maintaining inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

Experience with setup, configuration and maintenance of desktops, laptops and peripherals.
Proficient with Windows OS, Office, browsers and security software.
Experience with mobile devices (Android/iOS).
Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and core protocols.
Experience with Google Suite and email administration.
Inventory control and ticketing experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide IT administration and technical support for agency software and hardware.
Support VVCC and remote Veterans Benefits sites.
Configure and troubleshoot PCs, laptops and peripherals.
Install/maintain Windows OS, Office, browsers and antivirus.
Assist with Google Suite email, calendars and distribution lists.
