HCL Technologies Limited in Washington state seeks a Senior Administrator - Desk Side Services to maintain MAC/Windows workstations, manage assets, and support end users across the site. You will coordinate with global CLIENT teams, perform tech refresh, onboarding, and incident handling to ensure uptime and productivity.

The role covers onsite hardware support, software deployment, and collaboration with IT vendors.

Competenze

• Experience supporting Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, iOS and Android platforms.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite and remote assistance to identify and resolve issues across platforms.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendor for hardware lifecycle and warranty management.
• Manage MAC and Windows systems including software installations and configurations.
• Track hardware/software assets, licenses, and lifecycle across sites.
• Support server room/telecom infrastructure including racks, switches, APs, UPS, etc.
• Respond to and resolve IT incidents per CLIENT processes.
