Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the design and development process across assigned denim categories in North America. You will drive seasonal concept direction, mentor junior designers, and partner with leadership on brand strategy and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading development from concept through production handoff, overseeing fittings, managing calendars, and maintaining overseas vendor relationships to ensure milestone execution.

Formación

• 8–12 years of women's denim design experience.
• Strong understanding of construction, fabrication, fit, garment engineering and wash development.
• Proven ability to lead development independently.
• Established vendor and mill relationships.
• Strong presentation and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.

• Support key customer meetings, market appointments, and line presentations.

SENIOR DESIGNER

Position Summary

The Senior Designer will lead the design and development process across assigned categories while driving seasonal concept direction, mentoring junior team members, and partnering closely with leadership on brand strategy and business growth initiatives.
