Mindgruve in San Diego is seeking a Senior Designer with 10+ years of agency experience to craft concept-driven visual design across digital and traditional media, aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.

You will lead design work across cross-functional teams, mentor junior designers, and elevate craft while delivering outstanding results. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, and experience with Figma is a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years of agency design experience across multiple media.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication abilities.
• A standout portfolio demonstrating conceptual design and craft.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Figma preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver strategically-sound creative for cross-channel initiatives.
• Actively listen to understand the ask, as well as client and internal feedback.
• Ensure designs for both digital and traditional media are produced to the highest standards.
• Deliver fresh ideas and personality while ensuring projects fit within established brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Technology, and Account team members to provide excellent client experience.
• Manage and coach other designers' work and career paths.
