Job summary

Mindgruve seeks a Senior Designer to develop concept-driven ideas that meet client and business goals while maintaining craft and professionalism. You will guide other designers, elevate work, and tell compelling stories that persuade audiences.

The role requires 10+ years in an agency setting, strong portfolio, and expert Adobe Creative Suite skills (Figma a plus). Potential for remote collaboration with a focus on local Covington, KY candidates.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an agency setting creating compelling visual design across a variety of mediums.
• Good presentation skills, both in person and remote, with the ability to effectively communicate creative solutions to client challenges.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking skills and design expertise.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – experience with Figma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategically-sound creative for cross-channel initiatives
• Actively listen to understand the ask and client/internal feedback
• Ensure designs for digital and traditional media meet the highest standards
• Deliver fresh ideas while adhering to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Technology, and Account teams to ensure excellent client experience
• Manage and coach other designers’ work and career paths
