MDG Advertising, Inc in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Senior Designer to join our collaborative team. You will generate ideas and craft solutions across digital and print for multiple clients, helping move the agency forward.

You thrive in a hybrid work model with in-office Tuesdays through Thursdays and remote Mondays and Fridays. The role requires a strong portfolio, 5+ years of experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a passion for typography, color, and storytelling.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong portfolio required.
5+ years related experience or equivalent.
Portfolio of integrated campaigns that are brand building and memorable.

Mansioni

Develop creative solutions for complex marketing projects.
Conceptualize creative solutions across traditional, digital, and social media for multiple clients.
Write compelling headlines and execute concepts visually.
Develop and maintain client branding guidelines and design standards.
Execute day-to-day work while contributing to larger projects.
Create website mockups from scratch and from templates.
Manage multiple fast-paced projects efficiently.
Assist with presentations to existing and new clients.
Understand client business, vision, and goals.
Track time, projects and communication through our project management system.
