Fourth Floor, a apparel & sleepwear manufacturer, seeks a Technical Designer in New York to lead fit development and technical specs. You will conduct direct fittings on models, communicate with factories, and update tech packs across product categories.

Responsibilities include prioritizing fit approvals, tracking samples from first fit to TOP, collaborating with Design Team, and reviewing pre-production samples. Strong detail orientation and self-starting ability required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of prior experience in technical design.
• Degree in pattern making and technical design is preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to lead and function independently.
• Great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

**WFH Flexibility on Fridays
